Andover security specialist Venture Security has been honored with a top industry award for the seventh consecutive year.
The ACS Pacesetters Awards recognize the most successful security companies and security officers in the UK.
Venture has been protecting homes and businesses in the South of England for over 15 years. The company employs around 100 people and is consistently ranked among the top 1% of UK security providers by the Security Industry Authority (SIA).
In addition to commercial security, the company provides event security services for many major events in the region, including the House Festival and the Summer Solstice at Stonehenge. This year, for the first time, the team will also be at Glastonbury Festival, Forest Live and Boomtown.
Managing Director Paul Howe said: “We are so proud of the team we have assembled at Venture who are there every day to make a difference. What we know our customers really appreciate is that we are a locally based team and we also provide real-time information on what our agents are doing, thanks to our state-of-the-art security management system V- Secure.
“This is an exciting time for us as we aim for significant growth in the years to come. This leads us to recruit across the board, including for our event security team, who will soon be heading to the country’s most famous music festival, Glastonbury.“

Venture works with private and public sector organisations, ranging from small businesses to event organizers and many household names including Stannah Group, Britax, Simplyhealth, Animal Friends, Stonehenge and Salisbury Racecourse.
Venture agents can also be spotted in action in cities and town centers across the region where they support Councils and Business Improvement Districts (BIDs), to help tackle anti-social behavior. The Winchester BID Rangers program is one of the most respected programs of its type in the country.
